1. Are car headrest and car lumbar support available for all car types?

2. How to clean the car headrest and car lumbar support?

Our car headrest and car lumbar support have removable covers that can be machine washed or cellphone washed. When drying your coat, try to avoid direct sunlight and choose a well-ventilated area.

Note: The inner core of our car headrest and car lumbar support is not washable.

3. Can car headrest and car lumbar support reduce driving fatigue?

4. How to cancel the order?

You can find the details of your paid orders in your account. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. If it exceeds 1 hour, you need to contact Vashti Evans by sending an email to [email protected] to cancel the order.

The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: The order cannot be canceled because the order has already been processed and the package cannot be returned.

If you confirm that you want to cancel a shipped order, please contact Vashti Evans at [email protected]. The resulting return shipping and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

5. How long does it take to get a refund?

We will issue a refund using the original payment method you used to pay for the item. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds for returns do not include shipping charges paid by the customer on their initial purchase. To check the refund status, please check your Paypal account or bank card.
