Shipping Delivery

Thank you for choosing our car headrest and car lumbar support. In order to provide a better shopping experience, we have specially designed the following shipping policy to ensure that you can receive your favorite products smoothly and quickly.

Express shipping

We use efficient and reliable UPS express shipping. Our shipping address is 1506 Menlo Ave, Clovis, California, 93611. This address is also the return and exchange address.

Courier fees

The standard shipping fee for a single order is $5. 

In return for your support, we will provide free shipping on orders totaling $80 or more. This means once the total amount of items in your cart reaches $80, we will no longer charge shipping.

Shipping time

We will process the shipment within 1-2 business days after the order is paid. UPS’s efficient logistics network will ensure that your package is delivered in the shortest possible time. Usually 1-4 business days. Please note that weather, holidays or other uncontrollable factors may affect delivery time.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00 AM-6:00 PM (PST).
Orders placed after 6:00pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 10:00am the next day.
Orders placed after 6:00pm on Friday will be processed after 10:00am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.

Delivery time

We promise to deliver it to you within 6 business days. If you do not receive the package within 6 business days, you can contact Vashti Evans by sending an email to [email protected], and we will arrange a refund or re-delivery for you.

Cancel order

You can find the details of your paid orders in your account. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. If it exceeds 1 hour, you need to contact Vashti Evans by sending an email to [email protected] to cancel the order.

The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: The order cannot be canceled because the order has already been processed and the package cannot be returned.

If you confirm that you want to cancel a shipped order, please contact Vashti Evans at [email protected]. The resulting return shipping and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Sale tax

Fastcarhome.com only charges express delivery fees, and the sale tax is borne by the customer.

Express packaging

We use cardboard box packaging. Also included in the package is a return label. Packaging size: 18 x 19 x 6in

Note: The original packaging and return label need to be returned when returning the product, so please do not throw away the original packaging within the return validity period.
